Each appliance is cleaned and sanitized before delivering and installing. The pricing for appliances sold does not include pricing for delivery and installation. Appliances sold can also be retrieved from our warehouse. Sterling can of course haul-way your old appliances whether you purchase from us or another company. We also install appliances that are not sold by Sterling and in some cases the appliance can be retrieved from the store selling the appliance. If you are a property manager and/or landlord, please call us directly so we may efficiently assist on bulk orders.
