We accept Credit/Debit cards, and Zelle. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Yes, a diagnostic fee is charged for all service calls. If you choose to proceed with the repair, that fee is waived. If you decide to wait on doing the repair our estimates are valid for 3 months and the diagnostic fee will be applied to the cost of the repairs.

Our process is simple and easy. When you call, describe your appliance issue. We'll schedule a time for our repairman to visit. They will then promptly diagnose and address any repair or installation services needed, getting you back to your day without worries.

Yes, our comprehensive services include hauling away old or broken residential appliances for your convenience.

90-day Warranty for labor, and 30 day warranty for labor  for certain documented repairs. All band-aid repairs come with no warranty.30-day up to 1 year warranty on Factory/Manufactured parts. 30-day warranty on used parts. Warranty on parts is voided if another part on the appliance fails and contributes to new part malfunctioning.

We require a 50% deposit on all repair(s). Deposit(s) must be made before any parts or supplies are purchased. Payment of deposit(s) is the customer's acknowledgement they will be charged a fee for cancellation. The cancellation fee will be the diagnostic fee plus the restocking fee of the part. Restocking fee is based on the part's distributor and that price ranges from $25 to $45.  

Our technicians are experienced, background-checked, and trained in appliance diagnostics and repair. We aim to provide an honest, reliable service.

 If the appliance is beyond repair or the cost outweighs replacement, we’ll give you an honest recommendation—no pressure, no upselling.
